The Meeting

After having breakfast Kabir heads towards the NGO....he is in good mood driving carefully on the highway..he still has 45 minutes to reach there. As soon as he catches speed he sees a major accident a bike rider has been hit by an speeding truck and he is injured many people are running toward the injured person, Kabir also runs toward him...and dials ambulance gives them the location and till then he is performing first aid cleaning the wounds...Ambulance takes quiet sometime to arrive as the nearest hospital is far from the highway.

After almost an hour everything is cleared.

At the NGO.. Priya has already reached there and was engaging with the kids she was telling them stories..

Priya was made aware that the NGO was launching a new scheme about feeding and educating little kids from neighbouring villages...and was waiting on someone from higher authority to inaugurate the scheme and provide some funds.

As Kabir was late due to the accident the kids were hungry and getting restless..they were continuously asking for food... In her mind Priya was thinking about how these politicians only think about themselves and not about others...not even others value of time, how heartless as these little kids are getting hungry.

Kabir reached the NGO about an hour late... the people from the organisation greeted him at the entrance. There he saw a girl playing with the little kids feeding them snacks and water. He just had a glance at her but his heart did this weird thing where he just froze for a few seconds just staring at the girl. Finally someone from the NGO team comes to inform Ananya that the person organising free food and drinks for the kids just arrived and for her to come meet him.

Ananya said to the kids that she will be back in few moments and to not make a mess.

Ananya got up lightly adjusted her Kurti wore her slippers and went to meet(the person who will cause a lot of chaos in her in life).

KABIR's POV

These NGO people said that Ananya comes quite often here and brings toys and snacks and kids love to play with her.... I also got to know her name ANANYA .

Ananya enters the room where Kabir is sitting on the chair and when she enters he looks directly at her. Kabir stood up from the chair and extended his left hand to shake hand with Ananya. Hesitant at first but she also maintained her demeanour, and shook his hand.

When his hand touched Ananya something flickered in his heart the feeling of love.

Ananya introduced herself , and Kabir too did the same.

Kabir's dad was a renowned politician but from past year and was known by everyone in and around the village .....she now knew who he was and as he was late Ananya thought in her head that Kabir was arrogant like every politician who doesn't pay attention to the poor.But she also couldn't fake the feeling that he has a warmth in his smile. And she also thought that he was helping the kids because of upcoming elections as for winning them. And also his father has promised some development in the village but has not done so. Ananya was well aware of that.

He was also talking to everyone present from the team and was also focussing on Ananya. She was engaging sometimes in the conversations and also giving polite smiles. He thought about how if he had her by his side he could conquer everything you know the feeling of first love all over again. Also she was very pretty and intelligent.

🧚‍♀️ Ananya was called by a kid to play with them and she went she told everyone that the kids were alone and needed adult supervision, she left the room... Kabir than focused on giving new clothes and some toys for the kids for HOLI and also water guns. He went to fetch the items from the car and then he saw Ananya playing fetch with little kids and laughing....that laugh was plastered in his head.

He called the kids over to collect the stuffs and said everyone to form queue everyone from youngest to the oldest formed a line... Kabir handed everyone their share..and every kid went to show Ananya their gifts. Ananya was complimenting each and every kids gifts... Kabir was watching everything and smirking.
